So let me get this straight... You're hired on a temporary basis, you then complain to the higher ups that you should be allowed to stay on, you have no office skill set, yet when asked if you want to learn how to do something you pass???? No wonder they won't hire you. Always be willing to learn people. Show an effort to be effective and useful. It is always a good look when trying to secure employment.
