I had the best photo shoot ever on this day!! I was very impressed by my photographer and my makeup artist was an angle. She did a fantastic job on my looks and made sure I ever hair was in place and my wardrobe was correct. I love her and she is now considered a friend. I can't wait to shoot with her later this summer. As for this Spring shoot, OMG I can't wait to share with you all. Up, up and away....I am itching to move to L.A. #PrettyInsideOut #Mooooooo #SayNoToBodyShaming
Stay tuned for details on my Women's Empowerment Workshop in May. I'll be discussing how I survived #BodyShaming by my stalker and other women of color. It's a real problem that needs to be addressed among the African American female community.
I am dancing in the midst of the lines, leaping throughout the crescendos. I am right there lost in the verse of a song, wading in the percussion, reveling in the staccato and falsetto. Can you see me there; it's the place I feel most at peace. Hanging on the strings of a love song and drowning in its lyrics. Can you see me, I am right there lost in the verse of a song.
